Process

We infuse a thoughtful, farm-to-fabric approach into everything we make. Working very closely with our suppliers, we start with the finest domestically grown raw materials, like organic cotton from West Texas and wool from Northern California.

These responsibly-farmed materials are then transported to our spinner to be made into the highest standard of yarn and thread.

From there some yarns are kept their beautiful natural shades, while others are dyed responsibly with natural botanical colors or low impact dyes.

Next, the yarns are put on cones and shipped to our facility. We warp, beam and weave these yarns into sturdy, highly crafted selvage fabrics that include denim, chambray, canvas, car curtain (also known as shade cloth), union cloth and pincheck.
